The flat is equipped with high-speed broadband, a washer-dryer, a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, combination microwave, hob, oven, toaster, etc. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a Japanese Toto toilet with heated seat and built-in bidet. Fruit and veg are growing in the garden – please help yourself if they are ripe. The garden has a covered picnic table, gas BBQ grill and affords long-distance views of Yorkshire countryside.
